Window screen bug after picking the low spec

after i used the low spec optimization option it turned to 800x600 but the ui interface didnt adjust to 800x600 so i cant reset the settings because i cant click shit because the screen is cropped how can i bring back the settings without changing it ingame? is there any other way please help
