disconnect when loading

Hi guys I have problem here . When I change map or loading , I get disconnected. It happend also when I going bd . I play with low graph and going smooth but the problem just when loading screen get disconnect .  I tried to stand front of map door for 1 min but it still happend . Any idea to fix this ? thx for reading
