Road To Darkness Quest - Yura's Letter

Just reached this story quest but i can't find yura's letter in inventory nor windstride to mushin's towers.

Has the story line been updated or not yet been released yet?

The letter should be a button you click on your quest list, kind of like the button you click to claim your dynamic quest rewards. To go to mushins tower you need to accept the quest that should of unlocked at either lvl45 or after you completed act 3. Then you need to talk to one of 2 npcs to unlock the windstride, ones in Hogshead village, can't remember the other.
