[Update error] cannot use file

Hi all,

I was having some problems with the update in the launcher. I get this message

<< Error Message >>
[Update error] Cannot use file.
Please check whether the file is being used by another program or an anti-virus program is denying access, then restart the launcher.
If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support at http://us.ncsoft.com/en/support/.

Is anyone having any problems with this or know any solutions for it. I am on the NA server.

Aftter the update it started verifying the files now that only took like 5 to 10 sec and then  the game logo cam up  and the game started now its verifying like for 10 min now why is that???
