Since I'm new to most of the mechanics of this game can someone give me some tips on wich type of soul shield is required fr a warlock and wich is the best type for the evolving weapon:the oathbreaker or the siren one?

Soul shield is pretty much the same for everyone, HP, Crit, and Accuracy later on.
As for the weapon, I think it's still cheaper to go through the Siren->Pirate route instead of Oathbreaker.

I would value crit over hp, but in the end, most soul shield gives a fair amount of both HP and Crit, and some of them gives you accuracy as well. You will not need accuracy that much, unless you're fighting monsters higher than your lvl. From what I've heard, 120% accuracy is not enough for 100% hit in Sogun's Lament.
As a Warlock you're pretty much safe, as long as you have a tank that can hold aggro since you're ranged.
