Not being able to type... anything

Okay so... I am running blade and soul with decent 30+ fps but I have noticed something... since I got it installed on this new com, I have noticed problem. I simply put cannot type anything into anywhere. No mails, no chat messages... I cannot even make new character because I cannot write name for them. Outside typing, controls and shortcuts work as intented and I am also able to send messages if I use my mouse to select emoticons and then send the emoticons.
