How do you know what server you have best ping too?

How do you know what server you have best ping too?

 

I do live far away from NA so I know I won't have good ping, but I still want to try and see what server I have best ping to because I can feel the lag and its driving me insane. But the game is really fun and I want to keep playing ;~;

1) Open Task Manager

2) Click on 'More Details' at the bottom if it's not done
3) Go in Performance tab, and open Resource Monitor (it's at the bottom)
4) In Resource Monitor, go in Network tab
5) In Processes with Network Activity, check 'client.exe' so it only shows Blade and Soul network activity
6) In TCP Connections, look for the one with Remote Port 10100
