How do we get past KFM Elbow Counter

I just can't figure it out... I tried the frost tornado, snow ball, even veil with a fury of frost palm,..uhmm  the only thing that seems to get past it is dragon char which only knock back once ever 12 sec's and ice rain, but that is like omg hard to do and very little pay off. I fall to my knees with head down coming to you forum people to ask how do u deal with this tip of counter. Pls share me ur wisdom. Cause i just can't figure it out to save my life. I can beat a kfm with the regular counter but the elbow just kicks my behind.  Until i get impact stage 5 tier one, i don't see anyway to get a opening up for the counter.

What would be good startegy vs KFM in general?

Strategy, for mere mortals, roll over and die since KFM and BM are the bane of our existance due to having spammable counter/block and we still have to wait for ours. When we get the defense breaking phantom grip it will help as well. 

Until then, you can watch some videos and try to emulate Jaesung
