Graphic Bug

I had my game set by my Nivida for the recommended settings. But I'm getting in game combat graphics instead of the high graphics. I don't know how to fix this! I don't have the combat graphics checked. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I had brougth up my geforce experince and it decided it wanted to update while the game was up. So I don't know if that did something or not. My other games and youtube and things of the such are running so I don't understand. It started this when my geforce decided it wanted to update. Is there a way to fix this?
