passing items character to character (?)

Hello my question is if exist a way to pass items from one character to another, because the mail sending is blocked and the storage system is not universal.
Seriously what was thinking ncsoft when they do that?
in all the f***ing mmorpgs the storage system is compart with the storage of your other character (no matter if is the principal or secondary) 
and denegate something so basic like send an email if you don't buy ncoins? plz why do you ruin the game like that? 

 

so coming to my original question, there is another way to do that?

Not, unless you ask a friend of yours to trade the items to your other char.
