Game crashes at Cross-server Dungeon

As the title says, before the update/maintenance my game NEVER crashed at the cross-server dungeon. It's to the point where i cant even enter the actual dungeon and my character is stuck at the entrance. 

 

Another thing that happened whilst in BSH was that my 1,2,3,4 buttons and mouse RB/LB wont respond. It only happened once so far but i was forced to escape the dungeon mid-way.
