Missing Particles following level 50 patch

As a person who plays primarily Pvp it is hard for me to play when there a bugs in the game that inhibit my game play. I see alot of particles/animations missing for every class. Sum briar patch, Destroyer bone shield, blade dancer roaring falcon, blade master roaring flacon and call of blades (the storm v), kung fu master ice shealth, assassin smoke pellet and venom swarm, and all of warlock and force master projectiles. I do play on low end Pc but even when i remove low end Pc i still and unable to see these effects. Does anyone have or know a solution to this problem?
