help...please:Stage 2 Download stuck at 99%

Please help me >.< , i've been feeling frustrated by this stage 2 download. I am now stuck at 99% download and keep getting this message:

Can someone tell me how to fix this? I have tried all the fixes but none worked.

So please if any of you are kind enough to provide me with the "terraintextures_002a.upk" file or is there any other file that has not been downloaded or that is the only file for me to reach 100% stage 2 download?
