Clan Name said to be avaiable but isnt

The name i wanted to put on my clan was appearing as green upon Clan Creation, saying "The name is avaiable.", but when i hit create/Confirm it says "The name is already in use."
 Please tell me how do i solve this matter to create my clan or how do i find the original clan with that name to join in.

I guess it's just not updated properly to recognize that it's already in use, to tell you it's unavailable. Just look at our friends lists - they barely ever update friends who're offline and say they're online when they're not... meh
