Wait like 10 minutes and try again..I encountered this problem before but it normally gets fixed automatically after a while.

Also,check your email..You might have got hacked..Hopefully not but just check in case because,I got hacked today and many other people got hacked recently as well..They normally hack email to confirm password change for game account.

Hopefully you didn't get hacked.
