So my main accounts been banned for no reason i guess. Does getting it back take a while?

My main accounts been banned for no reason i can think of. i sent out a email with no response so i made a new NCsoft account and made a support ticket about an hour ago with no response. i kinda wanted to get it done before the daily spins ended today but i guess thats not possible. Rip night luna outfit i guess. 

Does this normally take a while? how smooth is the process? my error code was 3746

You're not the only one. I woke up this morning and I got the same error as you. I submitted my ticket 5:30 hours ago and still no reply. Well at least I can try new classes on the new account. Since I cant login into the old one.
