Which block for level 50

I want to ask which block for tier 4 should I be unlocking, blade stride or the other ones. Blade stride needs hongmoon secret technique volume 1 whereas the other two uses hongmoon secret technique 2. Also, after I get the volume 1 or 2 book, what happens next?

If ur a PVP person then F2 T4 Block would be good that's if u use the skill Anklebreaker or Fissure a lot but if your a PVE person then u definitely need to get F3 T4 block the fact u can negate any 3 attacks gain 10% of ur hp back and also block and support ur team is a great skill to have!
