Hackers/Bots at Soulstone Plains

Just experienced it myself.First it was in the arena and now in Open world PvP.There was this Cerulian guy that picked the NPC and Blinked miles away from me.Im KFM my RMB Guiding Fist didnt work as well.I wanted to check if im able to put him in combat,apparently nope ..... Its sad i wouldnt believe it 100% unless it happened to me ....

Saw a pack of 10 today speedhacking w/ their masks & massacring everything in ssp.  It's nice to see them roaming around free, instead of being pent up in those arenas all day.
