Bot issues..

Im not too sure where this goes so forgive for that.
In blackram narrows theres a load of bots just running in and out of the portal, how do I know these are bots, well names like cltglahsdsjf.. .__.
And due to this it's making me lag very badly, I know I can just switch channels but I feel like this is something that NCSoft need to be aware of..

There's bots everywhere, by scores here, by the hundreds there.  Yesterday I had to compete with the bots just to be able to grab the quest drop I needed.  Took a dozen tries before I finally managed to snag the boss and get the drop for the bandanna quest.  This is absolutely ridiculous!  Why aren't they being shut down??!!
