Suggestion - Achievement Merchant

I am here to suggest a change in the functioning of the items purchased by the new NPC Achievement Points. Recently I completed my 1250 points and finally got my Hongmoon Skill. The problem is that I chose a HM Skill it was not for my main class, Blade Dancer precisely because it has purchased a month ago before. My idea was to get the HM Skill Blade Master and transfer it to my other character by email, but the item can not be transferred. I think if the skills of other classes are available for purchase in the npc, it would be fair that they could be transferred between characters on the same account.
