Hae Mujin Daily (Bloodshade Harbor)

Hi, my friends and I were wondering about why we couldn't get the daily for Hae Mujin in the 6-man Bloodshade Harbor Dungeon. Are we missing something like completion of the Naryu Dungeon in order to get this daily dungeon quest or is it just something else? We have completed both the Nightshade Dungeon and Blackram Supply Chain 24-man dungeon as well as the 6-man for both.

If I remember correctly, you either have to talk to the guy in Hogsmead Hamlet or the Fishing Lodge. One of them gives quest for 6-man BSH and the other gives the quest & windstride ability to Mushin Tower... I forget which is which.

We didn't know it was the old man in the Fishing lodge that unlocks the daily quest for the dungeon.
