NO PVP DAILIES AVAILABLE

So I started a KFM, my second character after reaching 45 on a summoner. As I remember, the latter got his pvp arena daily quests at lvl 30(-ish), after a series of quests involving the dueling noticeboard at Yehara's Mirage. With my KFM, however, I got to do the quests the YM noticeboard gave me but then no dailies ever appeared, the KFM is lv34 at the moment. Is there a new lvl/quest requirement I am not aware of? Did I miss something?

I think the daily (not the one off) quests only appeared around lvl 40ish, for both my KFM and my BM. So I think that is normal.
