Crashing in Cross-Sever Dungeons (after Silverfrost update)

I haven't had any issue until Silverfrost update. But since the update, I can't run a dungeon w/o crashing (especially in boss fights).  

The crash doesn't happen in 24 man dungeons or zones but only happens in 6 or 4 man cross-server dungeons.  Which I'm guessing it's not Razor or ASUS issue but it is server issue.

 

Fixes that I saw in the forum and Reddit didn't work for me.  

 

If anyone had similar issues that have the fix for it, please share.

I have problem where I can't even enter the dungeon once its I use cross server and support told me have some patience, nothing helping the issue at all
