Gateway Crashes repeatidly

Gone through the same gate multiple times and everytimes it freezes during the loading screen, how do i fix this, thanks in advanced :)

Also disconnect from server when it happenes

Same thing happens to me it takes 5 to 10 min on loading screens and it crashes and at time it takes 10 min to load and other people getting mad and they leave me be hind to die in dungeons. NCsoft PLZ OPTOMIZE YOUR GAME and fix these issues stop releasing new content and fix the bags we are bringing up.
