Updraft weapon?

I'm currently on Awakened Oathbreaker stage 5, next weapon upgrade mat is an Updraft weapon. The Acquired from field says all Skypetal Plains. Is this just a random drop from trash mobs or can I get this from a dungeon? I can't find any info out there about this Updraft weapon.
