Can't block spammer "friend" requests

Not sure this is a bug or something else, but I keep getting a friend request from GGATMcomSellGold. I've tried blocking the name and reported it for spamming.

 

Whatever the case, it is extremely annoying and I hope it gets fixed very soon.

As far as I know, NCSOFT is not doing anything to fix this at the moment because they are busy working on a large scale way to remove bots. You're not the only one getting spammed from bots with friend requests. Blocking a player does not block their ability to spam you with friend requests, sadly.
