Soulstone Pouches Worth it?

Guys ive been told that some ppl got like 20 soulstones from the 100 prestige pouch at the plains. I just farmed 300pp and bought the 300 pouch and got 29 soulstones. Can somebody tell me if its worth buying the 300 still or just go 100 ? how much can drop max min at each?
