E02019 Launcher error

So i just tried to download BnS for the first time today and was greeted by an error message when trying to start the launcher.

 

i managed to get about 2 lines into the patch and this is what i got :

Since i am unable to send this to support via report error button which doesnt seem to work either i have no choice but to post it here where someone may be able to help or give up on this game before i've even started. 

 

I have restarted computer, internet, removed patch file (27), removed everything and restarted, nothings working so this is my last hope, any help with this would be awesome.
