Premium points dont work?

Hi,

so I wanted to buy 2 character slots.

I saw that they are 400ncoin or 4000 premium points.

So either I spend 10 euro for 2 character slots or I buy 1 month premium membership for 11.99 and get 9590 premium points (is also 2 character slots) + membership + hongmoon black feather).

The latter seems the best choice.

 

So I just bought 1 month premium and I cant spend my premium points in the hongmoon store even though it displays them and shows how a character slot costs 4000 points.

 

What am I overlooking?
Why are the premium points not working?

Also in order to send mails from character to character, it says you are required to charge your ncoin at least once to allow you to mail.
I expected to be able to mail after I bought premium membership but I still cant.

 

Any help to resolve this issues would be welcome.

From a survey ingame I get the impression that spending 400 ncoin gives you 4000 premium points.

They made it look as if it was either 400 ncoin cost or 4000 premium points cost imo (at least to a new player like me).

Kinda misleading.

Is this correct?

 

Where can I see what I can get with premium points?
