Help me !!! Where to get this ?? I did 24 man and kill all the bosses but theres not even a pirate earring in the chest. BSH too. >_>

It drops from Bloodshade Harbor 6-man dungeon, not the 24-man Nightshade Harbor. You can either run BSH6 multiple times and hope it drops or you win it from your box or you can use 20 pirate emblems to purchase the Pirate Earring from the NPC located next to BSH entrance.
