account got hack need help!!!

My account just got hacked, some one is on it right now my friends saw it! 

I was in a dungeon then got kicked off line, and someone got on. I dont know what to do please someone help me!

 

 

I have tried change my email but it doesn't work. They used google authenticator to change my login way i believe. now my email and password all not working ! someone help !

I did! i sent 4 tickets already but no reply as the hacker is literally taking stuff on my account at this very moment! i cannot log back to the account cause my email doesn't work!!!!!!!
