Dragon Tongue buff!!!

For all you BM's out there struggling to do DPS/have low DPS this buff does wonders for us.

Before the update BM's technically had to manage 2 resources. The first being focus and the second are the 3 ways to get into draw stance. Honed Slash / Flicker animation cancelling while heavily damaging would burn focus extremely fast unless blade call is active and would push a BM out of draw stance. Pretty much the downtime in normal stance to regen focus and the possibility of having no way into draw stance reduces DPS.

The dragon tongue buff changes all of this though you will need to spec into the following skills.

T4F3 Flicker
T2F3 Dragon Tongue
T3F1 Lunar Slash

With these 3 skills you will be able to stay in draw stance almost indefinitely (besides getting pushed out of draw stance after 4 dragon tongues). With dragon tongue regenerating focus on every single use (You got 4) and also it reducing lunar slash cooldown by 4 secs per hit the focus regeneration in draw stance will nearly always exceed what is used by just holding down Flicker. Not to mention Lunar slash hurts alot and so does dragon tongue. 

There are draw backs though as you lose some aoe ability from the normal flicker and you would have to be skilled enough to i frame attacks when needed instead of blocking but other than that I believe this build to be far superior to the honed slash / flicker dps style.
