problem with some skills

i am new force master lvl 17 .and i have problem see some of my skill,for exmple dragonwhorl(3) i don't see the full ice dragon i just see bit ice on ground on some youtube video i saw you realy see a dragon,i can't see frost fury and dragonchar(2).

 

those any1 have a soultion or he have the same bug?

Have you changed your graphic settings? Using lower quality on certain settings will change your skill animations. I only see a little bit of ice on the ground like you, but my pc cant handle the game if I keep everything at max so I intentionally changed them.
