Cannot start game

i installed the game and when i press play it says this:

[Launcher error] Could not launch game.
Please restart the launcher and try again.

i clicked repair and that does not fix the issue.

You can try to start the game again a few times till it launches.

I often have that it doesnt work in one time as well
But it does launch after like 2 or 3 times and sometimes at the first try.

Also starting the game as administrator could help.

I don't get any error but my game doesn't start either. The main launcher "changes" to the mini-launcher and when the game should start loading it doesn't.

Could you be a bit more specific?

Maybe add a screenshot?

 

What you mean is not completely clear to me.

I have the same problem as Zehawk.  After I input my login and click "play," the Ncsoft launcher proceeds to the "mini-launcher" window (only has options for "file repair," "settings," "minimize," and "close").  This is when the game usually launches, but it does not.  I have tried deleting the GameGuard folder and the "file repair" option, but the problem persists.  The game was working just fine until last night at around 1:00am CDT.

I still have the same error code. I redownloaded Microsoft visuals multiple times also ran it as administrator. its frustrating. i really want to try it out
