PVP is dying and NCSoft dont care about

A lot of my friends are leaving the game because of the pvp situtation and I am sad because of this, I love bns but there is no way to play with bots, hacks and macros. NCsoft bring a lot of content to pve but there is no one action about pvp, do you want that in next final season a bot be at the first place? Do something to change it or your game will die here on west. People dont like only pve, they do pvp too, do you are aware of this?

My friend, a diamond sin, left the game for good after meeting summoner hacker and bots several times. He plays The Division now, I'll probably move too, this game is a hopeless case.

Doing this post a gold seller sent a email to me here on the forum, wtf? What is happening? Gold sellers and bots are working and NCsoft allows it?
