Marketplace not working?

The marketplace always ends up with a white screen and I've been trying to buy a serpent calling bell (which isn't going to happen anytime soon as the marketplace refuses to work for me) and I was just wondering if there's any solution or if anyone has this problem? All help is appreciated.

If the market ever don't load properly during a gaming session, you will have to restart the game. If it happens everytime, then it may be a different problem =/.
