active window goes to desktop

Hello

I have constant problems with the active window. I play fullscreen but every few seconds and always when in combat i lose the active screen of the game and it goes into the desktop although I can see the game , the keyboard and mouse is not in the game anymore and I have to do alt+tab in order to rotate back to the game. I´m not sure if I´m explaining myself. I have no idea why, reinstalled the game , new drivers , old drivers , nothing.

I hope someone can help.
