BAD FPS R9 390 + I5 3570k.

I have around 20 - 100 FPS on this game at high settings. Pretty much the same on low settings? o.o...

 

I am using an R9 390 + I5 3570k

Playing at 1920x1080

Windows 10 64bit

16GBs of ram

 

Ask for any more information if needed.

 

Do you have the same issues?

Fixed it! 

Everything at max but shadows at lowest.

 

Works perfectly fine now.

 

Always over 60 FPS o.o

How did you fix it ? 

Just by lowering shadows ?
