Primers still worth it at this point?

Is it still worth it maxing out soulshields when the new content hits in probably a few weeks? Any recommendations? I have a perfect 4 and 8 Lab but I don't know if I should max them out or just keep them at 50-60 crit.

 

Edit: Nevermind, I primed them. It isn't that expensive anyway and worth a few percent crit for a few weeks. Whatever. I'm sure others might have the same question, though.
