Hey should i level my hongmoon weapon,ring necklace, etc to max or not? I don't wanna buy the breakthrough materials or farm for them if its not worth it? thanx

simple answer, yes you keep all the hongmoon gear until the end (weapon, ring, earring, neck)

 

Dont know what level you are, but you get most if not all the evolve and breakthrough items while leveling ,and questing, also do the Surveys too.
