Mushin's Pain Bug

I don't know if this applies to anyone else but when im doing mushin's pain, he has freaking true sight even though it doesn't show the effect status.  The moment I try to regain stealth while im still in stealth, he turns to my direction, which makes it impossible to shadow dash back to him with stealth.

 

The other weird thing is when he somehow kills you and your only option is resurrect and you fight him again, his damn true sight turns off.
