What soul shields are good for more hp ?

Alright so I'm level 45, warlock. I have only 17 000+ hp so I cant really go to mushin's tower or Blackram supply chain :D I wanted ask. A lot of people is saying that soul shields can help you a lot to to 30 000+ or something close to that. So I wanted ask...what soul shields are good for this ? What do you prefer ? o:

Go to E.Fleet supply chain and get the soulshields from the bosses. E.Fleet supply chain is a 24 man dungeon so you can easily defeat the bosses with the help of others.
