0/2 FPS in Arena, help

so since the warlock patch im having this huge problem in arena, while most of the time i have 30/45 fps there is this sudden fps drop till the gate of hell ending in consistent freezing 
essentialy i cant do a single *cricket* 

someone can help ?? or where do i ask for tecnical support ?
