Reccuring Premium

Hello. So I bought 365 days reccuring premium membership and got the emails confirming the purchase and everything, but I haven't gotten the rewards and I haven't even been charged yet so how does this actually work?

No help, but i've got the same problem. Confirmation email. But nothing in game and not charged. Only giving me the cancel option in the account not sure what is going on.

Might need to send a ticket. In my experience, when I went premium, I didn't even have to restart the game nor even change characters for the effects to be applied. My exp bar turned green, my character got it's running effect, and the cosmetic was mailed. So yeah, submit a ticket.

Yeah when I got premium earlier it was instant so idk

If you haven't been charged, then there might be a problem with payment. Check that too.

but I've gotten emails confirming that it's done

"This email confirms the completion of electronic fulfillment requirements for the following product(s). If the order was placed with a credit card, that credit card has now been charged. "

 

So I don't feel like trying to cancel it and try again or anything yet.
