poor fps..................

Like the titles says. 

 

I know I know, there's alot of fps fixes up already. but ONLY for NVIDIA. I have a r9 380 card and runs gta V on max, far cry 4 on max both between 50-70 fps but this game just hates my pc totaly since I gets stutter and fps drops and low fps in like hogshead hamlet or when there's 10+ people around. I've tried reinstall but no luck. Please help someone?

 

short about my setup:

 

4690k @4.4 ghz 

sapphire r9 380 nitro 4gb OC

and I have blade & soul installed on my SSD
