Can't send mail via in-game

I just recently bought 400 NCoin to removed mail restriction , but after i bought and spent it to cinderland key , the restriction still there .. 

am i missing something here ?

submit a ticket to support. Also, for your purchase to be recognized, it has to be done IN GAME VIA THE STORE. not outside the game via the website. For some reason this is a known issue players have been having and has caused in game mail not to be unlocked for quite a few people.
