Temptation Outfit

Hello, I just received this outfit on my account and it looks absolutely amazing! Im so in love with it but Im sad at the same time.

I heard you need to have a character below lvl 10 and level it to 45 to receive the bundle, but I already have 7 characters lvl 45 and another one lvl 25 :(

I just find it kinda unfair that some people will manage to get more copies of the outfit, but some like me who already have the account full of lvl 45 will not have that chance... I hope they at least put the outfit on the store so we can buy for other characters who cant get them with that event.
