Tower CD Reset

Doing tower as a Warlock is extremly frustrating, every attempt that I have on Junghado or Mushin that I fail makes me wait literally 3 minutes for my tab CD, cant we just have our CDs resetted when we are out of combat inside the tower? It wouldnt change anything while in combat but it would help alot going from floor to floor since you wont have to worry about using spells with a long CD and having to wait for like 2 minutes everytime you fail or move on to another floor
