I got this error and I don't know what to do

This problem happen after i got into the game about 3-5 minutes then it happen, everytime that i play. Can some help me figure this out?

Yea i don't think thats a real disconnect, its just the game being a mess. I get that frequently too and only in loading screens, so i am now trying to avoid loading screens as much as possible by standing close to zone barriers for a while to let the game load. Everytime I get a loading screen i just beg that it doesn't crash.
