Warlock - Dragoncall Cooldown not reducing

title says it all. the cooldown reduction for dragoncall is not working properly. nothing is reduced, if the mob dies. it is the same with rmb and instant+free casting. when you hold down rmb, and you get the target marked, then you will still spam rmb and waste your focus. you have to stop holding down and wait, so you cast again, when the target is debuffed. makes the rotation pretty clunky in that regard. pretty happy with the rest.
